Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

At Dew Rosa London, we know how special it feels to receive your jewellery, so we do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible — often the very next working day.

Most of our pieces are handmade to order, so please check the estimated dispatch times shown at checkout. Delivery times shown below refer only to shipping and do not include production time.

Our parcels are designed to fit through most letterboxes, and do not usually require a signature unless the order value is above £150. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and are fully insured for peace of mind.

Please note: if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will need to charge shipping again to resend it.

United Kingdom

• Standard Delivery: Free (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 business days)

 

International Orders

• International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees. These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Customers will be notified by their local customs office or courier if any payment is required before delivery.

• If customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us, destroyed, or abandoned depending on the policies of the destination country.

• In cases where the parcel is returned, any return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from refunds. If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned, we are unable to issue any refund.

Rest of the World

• Standard Delivery: £10.50 (Royal Mail International Tracked, 5–10 business days)

• Free Standard Delivery on orders above £80

 

United States  –   on hold 

Please note that shipping to the United States is currently on hold.
We are awaiting further clarification from Royal Mail regarding updated posting rules.

As soon as Royal Mail clears and reinstates international shipping services to the U.S., we will resume processing and dispatching orders.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary delay.

For all other destinations, shipping continues as normal.
