How can I get in touch with you?
We’re here Monday to Friday, 9:00–16:30 GMT. You can reach us through our Contact Form or email us directly at info@dewrosa.com. or by sending us a message on WhatsApp — we’ll do our best to reply as quickly as possible. All other messages are answered the next working day, in the order they are received.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! All jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a Dew Rosa gift box. At checkout, you can also add a gift bag. Don’t forget to enter the recipient’s shipping address if sending directly. Prices are never included in gift parcels.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Contact us right away. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update the label for you. Once it has shipped, we unfortunately cannot intercept the parcel, but you may be able to arrange redirection through your local postal service. If the parcel returns to us, we’ll happily resend it to your correct address (re-shipping costs apply).
I haven’t received my package, what should I do?
Delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy seasons or due to customs checks. If your order doesn’t arrive within 25 working days, it will be declared lost. At that point, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund. All parcels are insured, so you won’t lose out.
What is gold filled jewellery?
Gold filled jewellery is a durable, high-quality alternative to solid gold. A thick layer of solid gold is pressure-bonded to another metal, making it resistant to tarnishing and flaking. Unlike gold plating, it contains much more gold and is suitable for daily wear. Anyone who can wear solid gold can comfortably wear gold filled jewellery.
Is stainless steel jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use 304 stainless steel, which is durable, hypoallergenic, and suitable for most skin types. If you have very sensitive skin, we also offer sterling silver and 14k gold filled options.
Can I request a custom necklace length?
Of course! Each piece is handmade, and we’re happy to adjust the length to suit you. Simply leave us a note at checkout or get in touch before ordering.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, creams, or cosmetics. Store it in its box when not worn. A quick wipe with a soft cloth now and then will help maintain its shine.
I’ve changed my mind – can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, returns and exchanges are welcome. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by location, and you’ll see shipping options at checkout. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our pieces are water-resistant, meaning they can handle the occasional splash or light rain. However, to keep them looking their best for years to come, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, especially swimming pools, hot tubs, or the sea.
Where is your jewellery made?
Each piece is lovingly handmade in our UK studio. Because every item is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur, making your jewellery truly unique.
