At Dew Rosa London, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We want you to wear your pieces with confidence and enjoy them for years to come.

Our jewellery is carefully made and, if cared for properly, should not present any problems. However, if you do experience an issue, we are here to help.

• This warranty covers manufacturing or craftsmanship faults for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

• If we determine that the fault is due to a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow our jewellery care guidelines.
