Refunds & Returns Policy

 

At Dew Rosa London, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear

  • In its original packaging

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at  info@dewrosa.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We’ll make things right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Custom, bespoke, or personalised items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the jewellery you’d like is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and clear the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at info@dewrosa.com

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs fees. These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers will be notified by their local customs office or courier if any payment is required before delivery.

  • If customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us, destroyed, or abandoned depending on the policies of the destination country.

  • In cases where the parcel is returned, any return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from refunds. If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned, we are unable to issue any refund.
